How It Works

Our EMS training uses miha bodytec suits, which is a class 2 medical device and FDA approved, in conjunction with standing, static, or dynamic exercises, depending on your goals and fitness level. During your appointment, you’ll wear a specialized suit with arm, leg, and waist bands, which we’ll spray with water to activate the electrodes that are attached to your body to provide artificial resistance without requiring heavy weightlifting. The intensity is tailored specifically to each client’s goals and abilities. This way, there’s no impact or strain on the body. In fact, our clients never lift anything over 5 lbs.!


It is important to note that we can only offer these workouts one to two times a week per client. This is because the exercise is so effective that doing it more frequently would be unsafe for your health.
